Before working for Marc Realty, Allan began his career with the Helmsley Group from New York where he was responsible for management and leasing a portfolio of properties for the firm through the late 80's and mid 90's.

In addition to standard private-industry lease deals, Lucie represents the landlord in complex governmental lease transactions involving the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) and the Illinois Department of Central Management Services (CMS).
