Allan Adducci is a Senior Director of leasing with Marc Realty and concentrates on our downtown office space. Al is a 25 year veteran in the commercial real estate field. Before working for Marc Realty, Allan began his career with the Helmsley Group from New York where he was responsible for management and leasing a portfolio of properties for the firm through the late 80's and mid 90's.

Brad Black began his commercial real estate career over twenty years ago at Real Estate Consultants Inc. as an associate and recently rejoined Marc Realty as a Managing Director in the brokerage service group. Prior to Marc Realty, Brad was a Vice President in the Corporate Services group with HSA Commercial Real Estate (formerly Prime Realty Services).

As Senior Marketing Specialist, Lucie Habina has a wide range of responsibilities. In addition to standard private-industry lease deals, Lucie represents the landlord in complex governmental lease transactions involving the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) and the Illinois Department of Central Management Services (CMS).
