Brad Black

Brad Black began his commercial real estate career over twenty years ago at Real Estate Consultants Inc. as an associate and recently rejoined Marc Realty as a Managing Director in the brokerage service group.  Prior to Marc Realty, Brad was a Vice President in the Corporate Services group with HSA Commercial Real Estate (formerly Prime Realty Services).  Before joining Prime Realty, Brad was a Vice President with Marc Realty.  This experience gave him the opportunity to hone his expertise in real estate negotiations from an ownership perspective.

While Brad's primary focus has been tenant and buyer representation, he also has a lot of experience working with landlords and sellers of commercial real estate. Brad has been involved in numerous real estate transactions in his career including office building sales, leasing, subleasing, lease terminations, sale leasebacks, and land acquisitions. Through his work Brad has become an expert at maintaining knowledge of current market conditions, trends and available inventory throughout the Chicago Area.

Education/Professional 

Brad earned a B.A. in Business from the University of Illinois at Chicago, with a concentration in accounting and is an Illinois Licensed Real Estate Broker.
